Who provides Resomark
Resomark is provided by Reso Studio Inc. These terms apply to the Resomark app, website, downloads, support, and paid entitlements. By downloading, purchasing, or using Resomark, you agree to these terms and any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
Local files and your responsibility
Resomark works directly with files and folders you choose on your device. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for confirming changes before overwriting or deleting important files.
Plans and entitlements
Resomark offers Free and may offer a paid Pro subscription. Free includes the core local Markdown workflow without a Workspace count limit. Pro grants access to the paid features identified in the direct Mac app while the subscription remains active. The plan, features, billing period, price, taxes, and renewal terms shown before purchase form part of the applicable offer.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Pro purchases start inside the direct Mac app and are processed and resold by Paddle as merchant of record. At the planned launch, Annual is $39.99 for the first year and then renews at $49.99/year; Monthly is $5.99/month. No free trial is included. Prices are in USD before any taxes or localized total shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled. You can cancel before the next billing date through Paddle; cancellation prevents future renewal and normally leaves access available until the current paid period ends.
Purchase recovery
The direct Mac app will provide the supported route for recognizing or recovering an eligible Pro subscription. The initial Pro launch does not include purchase or recovery through the Mac App Store or iPhone app. You must not transfer, resell, share, or fraudulently claim a purchase that does not belong to you. We may suspend or revoke an entitlement after a refund, chargeback, fraudulent claim, or provider revocation, without deleting your local files or Workspaces.
Acceptable use
You may not use Resomark or its services to interfere with the service, bypass purchase controls, distribute malicious software, violate applicable law, or infringe another person’s rights. Resomark is licensed for your use and is not sold as source code or as a right to redistribute the app.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features, plans, or compatibility with future operating systems. Pro covers the paid features expressly described when you subscribe and remains available while the subscription is active. Preview, beta, and future-platform features may change before release and are not part of a purchase unless expressly included in the offer.
Warranty and liability
Resomark is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Reso Studio Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and its aggregate liability relating to a paid transaction will not exceed the amount paid for that transaction during the preceding 12 months.
